Feel at home in this charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom house located in the desirable South Austin neighborhood. With a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious back patio perfect for gatherings, this home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. Just minutes from Zilker Park and surrounded by local shops and restaurants, the airport is only 15 minutes away, and Downtown Austin is a quick drive. This house features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, ideal for hosting groups. Enjoy a private fenced-in yard with soft evening lighting and access to all amenities, including laundry, a full kitchen, and plenty of parking. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay, not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your pet. The South Lamar neighborhood is highly sought after, offering a perfect location to experience all Austin has to offer. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops, it's less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful Zilker Park. Conveniently situated in South Austin, it is located 10 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes to the Airport, 12 minutes to South Congress, 15 minutes to the Eastside (6th Street), 4 minutes to Zilker Park (hosts SXSW), 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas (COTA), and 20 minutes to The Domain. Smoking and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be present for the entire reservation. Fireworks are not allowed. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and respectful environment during your stay, as our property is a duplex and shares a wall with neighboring residents. Your consideration will greatly contribute to a harmonious atmosphere for everyone in the vicinity. Our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday to keep the grounds looking their best. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September, and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
