I love living at Town Hollow. It has character, unlike all of these newer and overpriced high-rises that have been built all around us. BUT, with that comes a spacious pool, large stone grill, beautiful overgrown trees, and space to walk your dogs. Honestly, at first I was a little disappointed by the mgmt and overall maintenance, but now I couldn't be happier. Danyelle Denn came in and has taken great care of me and my neighbors, and in my mind, doing a job meant for three people all on her own! I am so thankful for her! Also, Ivan is the best maintenance professional I've had at any apartment complex. He's so kind and goes out of his way every day with a smile on his face to make sure everything is working properly, and he has great pride in what he does. Last but not least, my neighbors, truly the funnest group of people in the world. Our friends and families that visit call Town Hollow "Melrose Place"

This is my second time living at Townhollow in the last decade - Coming back to major renovations and upgrades was a nice surprise to say the least, but Jillian the property manager has made the real difference for me. Having seen several people run the property over the years I can say that she is hands down the best at it. I had to move in quickly due to a change in plans on my end and she hustled to get the unit ready for me in a week. She is always attentive and available, and has one of those cheery attitudes that make you want to stay. Maintenance has been easy and great, the location is obviously wonderful, and the unit is Ideal for a person with a creative profession.
