Due to this property's downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. A white noise machine has been provided in the unit for your comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. Smoking and fireworks are not allowed. Only 1 pet is allowed for an additional fee of $100, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building. The HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior, and the guest will be responsible for the fines. If the pool rule prohibiting pets is violated, a $500 fine will be charged.
