Smoking, pets, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Parking is available in one of the gravel spaces near the entry gate. Please keep noise minimal as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. Security cameras are on the exterior of the property, and tampering with them is prohibited. A $50 replacement fee per key will be charged if any keys are not returned to the lockbox before departure. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Doors and windows should be kept closed as much as possible.
