I've been here for 8 years and enjoy the safe feeling of the apartments. The recent addition of the stone kitchen and sink counters and new sink is a very good addition. Now we have safe doors also. The grounds are beautifully kept, and I enjoy the geese which also like to be around. A nice place to call home. The maintenance man came to fix my thermostat and the plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I was impressed with his expertise.

Hopefully you read my review entirely, if you don't you'll really miss out! I was reading some of the reviews, I couldn't help but feel disappointed. I've lived here now going on 4 months, I wanted to wait about that amount of time before writing my review. I took the time to observe this Community, The Staff and the Maintenance men. I honestly can't say enough positive of all. The Manager Holly is upbeat, incredible personality. I appreciate her. I had questions when I moved in and have had some since then, as busy as she is she ALWAYS takes time to listen and helps when needed. She realizes that my dog is my family she pays attention to Ginger whenever she sees her, so of course I think she's fantastic!! Morgan in the leasing office is warm and welcoming as well! ALWAYS a smile, always a sense of humor. They both continuously make you feel that you are in fact HOME! I couldn't possibly not make mention of the Maintenance men. Never have I seen them at the office, parking lot or driving through without them bursting with hello's, is everything alright. I feel as though I've known them all my life! Again I feel like HOME! I myself have not had issue's why you ask? My apartment is perfect! Without a doubt I know if I need them they will be there. The Community is clean, inviting and extremely quiet 7 days 7 nights, I sleep like a baby. I could live here forever.!

I love maintenance. When something breaks down they are always there to fix it, and fast. It may be times where they have to order a part but once they receive it they are fixing your problem fast. I've lived here going on 4yrs and it really feels like home. Office staff is cool and works with you and really tries to understand your situation.

The office staff are very courteous and easy to work with. I've had a rough seven months of pregnancy being diagnosed with hyperemesis leaving me in and out of the hospital and missing work. Thankfully, Sarah and Jay have been willing to work with me regarding rent payment. I recommend moving here. My experiences with maintenance has been great. They are very quick to act and they do a very good job. The only issue that I've ever came across was guest parking when my brother's car got towed after a few hours visit but I typically don't have any guests so it's not much of an issue. I advise that if you have guests to have them park across the street from the apartments if you live close to the entrance.

Karla was super helpful to me and such a valuable part of me being able to get what I needed. I am incredibly grateful to have met her and receive the opportunity to be assisted by her. I’m blown away. Karla also went out of her way to help me outside of business hours. I never want to deal with anyone else! Again thank you and very very grateful and satisfied. I’ve been a resident here for a year now and actually have had all of the things I reported fixed in a timely manner. Had my AC fixed at 3am while I fell asleep on the couch. When I woke up, I had AC. Love this place.
