I've scouted several apartment complexes within a 20 mile radius from Teal Run. After moving here from the south I am truly grateful and content with the decision I've made. I am currently on my second lease at Teal Run and will possibly sign another lease when the time is up. Office staff is awesome and they take pride in the community, the property manager (Nicole) is such a sweetheart, she makes sure the tenants are always taken care of and have what they need.

I just moved in here in December and I've had nothing but good experiences. Management and office staff are polite. Maintenance issues solved immediately. It's really quiet here. They do not cut corners about qaulity of the apartments. Practically everything was newly renovated when I moved in. No half ass paint jobs they make it your money's worth to live here. Highly recommended.
