Brooklyn’s walkable streets and nearby green spaces make it a great place for both cats and dogs. Pet Guidelines: •Cats: Must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations. •Dogs: Breed restrictions apply. Dogs must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations. •A pet photo and veterinary records are required. •Management reserves the right to deny any animal based on behavior or aggression concerns.
