I will forever be grateful for the help Anna and John provided. They both went above and beyond to help at a time when I really needed it the most!! I live out of state and without the help of these two gentle souls it would have not been possible for me to achieve what I needed to accomplish!! Anyone living in this complex can rest assured that they will be treated with the utmost kindness of these two managers!! Thank you both!! You are truly appreciated.

Nightmare! Do not move in here unless you are very desperate, if you have the opportunity go somewhere else, you should. Learn from my my mistake. I was supposed to receive a free month after the immense stress these people put me under and still ended up charging me alot. As a young professional - I work for a public traded company and I am no dummy - aiming to save money, I had planned to move out at the end of my lease in October due to persistent issues with noisy neighbors and a concerning abundance of unattended dog waste throughout the premises. With the arrival of a new management figure, Grant, things took an unexpected turn. As I informed Grant about my intention to move out, he presented an alternative – a unit that had supposedly undergone renovation after a mysterious fire. Despite my initial reservations, the allure of a "marvelous" space with all-new features convinced me to stay. I signed a new contract and moved into the unit located on the quieter side, as Grant suggested. The first red flag appeared when Grant mentioned a temporary electricity issue that would be resolved by the 1st of the month. I purchased all-new furniture, hiring movers to assemble it in preparation for my move - I moved everything in the day before. However, when the move-in day arrived, there was no electricity, and my attempts to confirm with Grant went unanswered. After multiple calls, I was informed that he was working with Seattle City Lights and, would persist for weeks. He said give him sometime, which led me to sleep on the floor in the old unit. After many attempts, about 8-10 days, Grant offered a new unit and a free month and said I could move in immediately, but the unit was dirty - mold on the fridge, carpet was dirty, overall it was just bad. Grant told me it would be cleaned and taken care of. I had to pay movers to come once again, to move my stuff to a new unit. Paying movers is not cheap, and I could tell these people could care less. Amid this chaos, I found myself dealing with a new contact, Jillian, who at first kept saying she had no idea what had happened and that everything was new to her - I knew this was a lie because there was no way Grant was working autonomously. Jillian then disclosed that Grant had been removed due to numerous mistakes, including the mishandling of the electrical situation. Despite being offered a different unit, the transition was far from smooth. The struggle continued as I sought information about my deposit. Contradictory messages from Jillian caused confusion, and it took an agonizing six weeks to receive my deposit- First she said go to USPS because they sent the check out, they made a mistake, but they had never actually sent it. In reality, they had never processed anything. To my dismay, what was promised as a rent-free month turned into a $1000 deduction from my deposit – $500 for the inconvenience of sleeping on the floor - it was not a free month - and an additional $500 for cleaning. Due to the stress I already have in my personal life, I decided to not fight or argue with these people, because anger doesn't lead anywhere and I can already tell due to Grant's mistakes, they didn't really care to help me in anyway. I believe in the power of reviews, and know that they will hurt in the long run. I was an amazing tenant who never caused any issues but somehow got the short end of the stick over something I had no control over. Moving forward, I have learned my lesson In conclusion, my experience with Tukwila Station has been nothing short of a nightmare. I advise extreme caution to those considering a move here. Unless absolute desperation dictates your decision, exploring alternative housing options would be a prudent choice. I'm currently seeking advice on breaking my lease from friends and strongly discourage anyone from moving in here unless absolutely necessary.
