I have lived here for 6 months and have recommended several of my co-workers to move in as well. Pros--New apartments, washer and dryer included, bright, close to 264. Cons--not many, but for a minute the halls were not cleaned as often. I have noticed improvement lately. Also, trash chute gets clogged sometimes. However, every time I have called maintenance they have come out. More residents need to be informed that large items do not fit down the chute. Otherwise, I love my apartment and do not plan on going anywhere soon unless my job transfers me again.
