I've lived here a long time and like it. The location is ideal for me, with it being roughly the same driving time to First Landing, Dismal Swamp, oceanfront, downtown Norfolk, or Sandbridge. Of the few issues I have encountered, maintenance typically responds and resolves on the same day (Thanks, Aaron!).

The staff and maintenance team is AWESOME!!! They always answered our calls. They always polite and courteous every time and the maintenence team are always on time and good in taking care of our requests Thank you for everything you do. We appreciate you!!
