Rental rates are equivalent to your housing allowance (or BAH), which includes most utilities! This military housing community is open to active-duty enlisted military members only. Community amenities include landscaped playgrounds, a lap pool and community center, picnic areas, and a basketball court, as well as scenic parks and beaches for added outdoor enjoyment. Along with various ASYMCA-sponsored programs, parents can enroll their children at K-12 schools, all within driving distance from the community. Nearby, you’ll find Lafayette Park, home to the Virginia Zoological Park and Ernie Morgan Environmental Action Center. Sarah Constance Beach is but a 2-mile drive from the community.
