I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to two maintenance men at Bayville Apartments, Andre and John. I have had the pleasure of observing their maintenance work on several occasions, and I have been consistently impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. Andre and John consistently respond to my maintenance requests on time and ready to work. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions I have. They are also very respectful of my property, and always leave it clean and tidy when they are finished.
I recently had plumbing, electrical and AC issues, and Andre and John were able to fix all quickly and efficiently. They were also very sympathetic to my situation, and they went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I have lived at Bayside Apartments for over 6 years, and they are the best since I've been here. Truly outstanding in their field.
I’m so happy with this place!! All new appliances and beautiful new flooring and carpet in the bedrooms. Plenty of parking and lot is well lit which makes me feel safe. The staff was so helpful and extremely nice. I can’t thank them enough for all their help thru this transition!
Found the apartments have large living areas. The office staff were very kind and personable. Chasity who is the office manager took the time to speak with me and was very nice. Its nice to meet people who care about those that come to their property.
I love it here!. It's very quiet and a lot of upgrades have been made. This is actually my second time living here. I've been to through 3 rotations of office staff but each one one has been awesome. The staff is kind, patient and understanding. I don't have pets but it's very pet friendly. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. Sometimes it may not be super quick but you'll always be made aware of any delays or why it might be taking a little longer. Very nice community.
John is VERY GOOD @ what he does!!! He deserves 5 stars, for his service!!! I came to stay with my sister, we had trouble with her a/c, we called them, John was here real fast!!! He is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, & goes above & beyond for people!!! If you're not happy with anything, he isn't either!!! He'll make sure everything is working perfectly for you!!! He is DEFINITELY your go-to-guy!!! I'd DEFINITELY would recommend John again for help!!!

Bayville is most certainly not high end apartments but it’s definitely not completely trash either. Overall it’s pretty great for the price, Location, pet allowance and Square Footage. But Things haven’t always been perfect, We have lived here for over a year and had
issues with the water pressure and temperature control. the master bathroom shower was completely useless since day one, the water pressure was nonexistent unless the water was on full hot, which was literally hot enough to burn you. But now a year and 4 months later it is finally fixed!. A major water leak was found in the apartment directly below us, under the building cement slab. The staff at the front office, Kristi and Sam have been amazing, them along with Andre, the maintenance technician, all worked so hard for us to figure out what was going on. They truly are the only reason why we didn’t break our lease and move out after the first 6 months and they are why we renewed our lease. The 3 of them worked so hard for us and they are what made the extremely frustrating situation for us actually tolerable and we are so grateful to have a staff they actually cares. So I know it sounds weird to be so great full since it took forever to resolve a leak like that. But I know how had it can be to get your managers or owners to approve outside companies to come out and try to figure out what the issue is. Even when they they approval, the plumbers that come out might not know what they’re doing, I lost count of the amount of different vendors that came out to figure out the problem and fix it. My point is that I a truly appreciate Sam, Kristi and Andre’s, constant support and commitment. I don’t blame them for other people incompetence. It’s Their continued efforts to make it right are what makes Bayville a great place to live.

I have lived here for 1.5 years so far. I have had no issues that haven't been addressed to the best of the manager's ability. If you have any issues, speak with Bethanee, she is very dedicated to the residents and will do whatever she can to help resolve any issues. I've personally had barely any roaches, I think it seems to be better on the second level, naturally. So if this is something you don't want to deal with, I recommend not renting on the ground floor.
I had an urgent emergency request that not many would have seen as urgent, but they still assisted me at 5:00 am on a Saturday. Grateful that the PM of the property followed up with me to ensure completion as well. Bayville has a great team here.
