I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to two maintenance men at Bayville Apartments, Andre and John. I have had the pleasure of observing their maintenance work on several occasions, and I have been consistently impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. Andre and John consistently respond to my maintenance requests on time and ready to work. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions I have. They are also very respectful of my property, and always leave it clean and tidy when they are finished. I recently had plumbing, electrical and AC issues, and Andre and John were able to fix all quickly and efficiently. They were also very sympathetic to my situation, and they went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I have lived at Bayside Apartments for over 6 years, and they are the best since I've been here. Truly outstanding in their field.

I’m so happy with this place!! All new appliances and beautiful new flooring and carpet in the bedrooms. Plenty of parking and lot is well lit which makes me feel safe. The staff was so helpful and extremely nice. I can’t thank them enough for all their help thru this transition!
