I love the location, rent is reasonable as long as it doesn't go up astronomically each year. The grounds are well kept and I like that it is gated community. Management and maintenance staff are fantastic

We have nothing but great things to say about this place. We’ve been here for a few months now and are so pleased with the communication and customer service of the office staff. They were incredibly helpful and answered all 100 questions we had during the move in process, thank you Hailey! The maintenance team is so quick to respond to any requests- everything is usually done same day! They’re also very accommodating when needing to schedule due to meetings (I’m looking at you work from home people). There are lots of dogs at this complex, but everyone is so respectful of space and keeps their pets on a leash which has been so helpful in getting our reactive dog training and building her confidence. The grounds are always well kept and people actually pick up after their dogs here! We were a little disappointed that the second bathroom had a stand up shower and not an actual bath tub as shown in the layout for our unit, if that is important to you it’s just something I would double check as it seems they each differ! Our building is in the back of the complex and there is plenty of parking/visitor spots. We absolutely love the trails on the grounds and even the pool area is well kept. We truly wish we found this place sooner!
