Saltmeadow Bay is truly a hidden gem in Virginia Beach. Coming from out of town, Karissa went above and beyond to take and send multiple pictures of the apartments I was interested in. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and stayed late to help me with the move-in process. The neighbors have been very welcoming and you can't beat the location and amenities. Very pet friendly!! Love my new home!

Karissa is a wonderful and great person…she worked with me and followed up with my questions and made the leasing process very efficiently and smoothly. She gets right to the point without beating around the bush. She is very courteous and approachable and genuinely helpful. I am very happy I made the decision to stopped by Saltmeadow Bay Apartments. I felt like I had known Karissa for years…keep up the excellent customer service.
