My experience so far at Thalia Gardens Community has been awesome so far. Leasing Manager Stephanie was very professional and made my process so easy while moving into my beautiful home. In addition, special shout out to our Maintence administrator Wendy as she was very attentive to any concerns I had and provided results. Keep doing a phenomenal job and thank you!

Thalia has turned out to be a great decision. We have a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment and the size is great for the price. Of course, living in an aging community comes with exactly that. But the staff is awesome, and attentive if there are problems. Great neighbors, too. HUGE accolades to the maintenance staff! They're literally right on it if something comes up. The guys are great! We had an issue with our air conditioner after hours, and Brandon was here within 15 minutes. He's a great guy and fixed the problem within minutes. We're about to renew our lease for our second year, and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Thalia if you want a nice community, great staff and maintenance, in a central (PERFECT!) Virginia Beach location!
