I don’t think I’ll ever leave Runaway Bay LoL I’ve lived here 3 times and now I’ve transferred to another apartment after 5 years - can you say upgrade??? I can and I definitely did… Looking at some of their reviews is crazy to me. They have ALWAYS, ALWAYS gone above and beyond for move-in’s, outs, maintenance issues, etc. My water heater went and leaked all over and within minutes the after hours Maintenance guy was here and hussled his butt off to get the water up, checked everything out, brought blowers to help dry the carpet, replaced it with a new water heater. Oh, came by and checked on everything the next day and the office Manager helped coordinate carpet cleaners go over the carpet afterwards. Then my ac went out and within the hour Maintenance comes with a window unit to hold me over until they could replace my unit, which was within a couple of days (of course everything happens on the weekend). Are there some bad apples? Of course, but the Management here do their best. It’s not on them. The Office Team and the Maintenance Team truly go out of their way to help in anyway needed. They’ve been doing it for me for years… And that is why I will continue to be a very happy tenant of Runaway Bay - just don’t break up the team lol =) Life happens, events good and bad, and when they can help or accommodate, they do! Thank you again for always making my experience a great one! *party balloons and streamers being thrown around whoop whoop*
