I'm so ecstatic that I came here; not only is the property in great condition, the staff is terrific. Darrell and Theresa have been so helpful, resourceful and informative. I don't ever recall feeling such a good feeling about moving and living somewhere until I came here. I'm so happy my girlfriend referred me, so happy I applied, and I'm so happy I'll be moving in soon! I can't wait to move in!

I hardly even know where to start at how excited I am to call this place my new home. First let's start with Rihannon who went above and beyond and jumped over a few moons and then some to assist me with this moving process, this girl is BAD A**!!! and help me EVERY step of the way even when I was reluctant due to some of the not so good reviews... SUPER SWEET, Professional and UNDERSTANDING!! Even on move in day she stayed way past her normal work schedule to make sure I got my keys and waited around while I thoroughly Inspected the unit to make sure everything was properly working, guys I could go on for days about how much she assisted me on this move HOWEVER I would like to talk a little about this LOVELY Apartment, updated appliances and I Mean UPDATED Top of the line EVERYTHING!!! Its so peaceful and neighborly, two of my neighbors greeted me "Welcome" the first few days of being here which definitely let me know I was Right At Home, conveniently located to some of my favorite shops and restaurants and a few more that I can't wait to visit..I'm so happy I decided to put in an application with Breeden Company and even more happier I decided to apply to Chapel Lake, If I could rate this move in 100+ I would, best decision ever😀
