Lived on the property for approximately 4 years. Always paid my rent on time. Moved out with no damages to the property. Have yet to receive my security deposit that’s owed to me. It’s been 5 months. Absolutely horrible!! However Mrs.Greene, Mr. Smitty & Mr.Wayne was wonderful. UPDATE: Its mid October, January will make 1 full year & still no deposit. Every time I speak with someone they just pass the buck, make excuses and play the blame game. It’s unfortunate that will now be turned into a legal matter.
