First time renters at 20 and these people have taken care of us for 2 years. Every maintenance issue we have had has been dealt with either that day or within the same week.Our a.c. has leaked condensation a few times and the staff was thorough drying the carpets, they even replaced the carpet in the closet with vinal when it got wet. I really appreciate the maintenance and staff for all their help. This is an excellent location also , walking distance to mt.trashmore which means no parking needed for 4th of July fireworks. We have had peeping tom problems but they are just kids living in the neighborhood so get yourself some curtains because you are in the heart of the city. (:

Tru & Emily have been so helpful to me with all of the personal and financial situations that have been going on this month and if I had to choose somewhere to live for the long term, it would be at Ridgewood because of them. The leasing office team & the maintenance team has been amazing for me personally. They are very people oriented and family oriented. I love it here and I love the team. They make me feel SAFE in my home. And that is one of the best things I can ask for having two small children. 💕
