The Arbors at Birchwood is fantastic. Britni the Manager and Wanda the Asst Mgr are just wonderful, professional, thoughtful and they truly care about the residents. I love it here. I feel part of the Arbors family. They try keep the seniors busy. Most seniors sit home alone daily. Mgmt make sure they we have a busy social calendar. The entire staff is Great. I thank God for the blessing of living here. Location is great.

this place is a gem. while helping my aunt find the perfect place to call home, we came across Arbors at Birchwood. the price and location is ideal and the staff is wonderful. Management, specifically Mrs Wanda, was fantastic! she was knowledgeable yet personable, already making us feel like we’re at home. we still have a few other communities to visit but we’re almost sure this place is it.
