Review from the web

The best apartment I've lived in. Very quiet, hardly ever heard the neighbors. Common areas are kept clean. Management and maintenance were great, the building manager actually cares about keeping the place nice. Building was relatively secure, uninvited guests did not stay long. Right next to QFC and some nice restaurants, amenities, and of course an entrance to Carkeek Park is right across the street for some easy trail walking.

Review from the web

Devin is the greatest property manager you can work with! I lived here for about a year and a half and he catered to everything we needed super well. He is simultaneously relaxed and proficient which takes away a lot of the stress of moving. Even when I would make a mistake or mess something up, he was astoundingly forgiving. When I moved in, they promised many renovations and updates, and they delivered on every single one of them! If you ever need a great apartment community, give 3030 a shot. The staff and complex will treat you right.

Review from the web

Everything is just fine, but is overcharged. I signed my contract remotely because I didn't want to travel during the covid. My apartment turns up to have a concrete floor, which is different from the figures that they showed to me. I hadn't see my manager for a year, and they don't want to check the apartment with me in person when I left. I have cleaned everything, but they even charged me for ~$400 for the cleaning after I moved out. I don't have a good experience but the apartment is okay.

Methodology: How we got this data

Zumper’s proprietary rental data fuels our analysis. Rent and market trends, availability, neighborhood popularity, and lifestyle scores are all calculated using real-time and 2024 rental inventory and prices.

Our Lifestyle Categories ("great for eco-living," "great for social life," "great for pet owners," etc.) are determined by set criteria, against which we score each listing and its available features. At the neighborhood level, we calculate the listing count for each category to determine which lifestyles best fit each area.

Zumper, founded in 2012, is North America’s largest privately-owned rental platform, offering over 1 million listings across the U.S. and Canada. Stay informed on the latest trends and shifts in the rental market with our monthly National Rent Report, your go-to resource for key insights into the evolving rental landscape.
