I’ve been here for 3 years. I moved here when I was starting over in life and Melissa gave me a chance. There’s even been times during my stay she’s really worked with me on my rent payment. I’m a single mom of 3 and that means the world to me. I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS! Everyone is so nice and we look out for each other. On the downside, the apartments are old and repairs will need to be made but Melissa has done her best to repair each maintenance issue in a timely manner. No it’s not a luxury apartment but it’s a place I love to call home. ❤️

Have not moved in yet. But there were miscommunications. Make sure you know that your fees are on top of your base rent. Your welcome letter may say different and the leasing agent may say different just know they are additional other than that the apartments are beautiful. They are on top of things and it’s only the three of them. They made everything right in my apartment I am definitely enjoying my stay. We moved in March 2024 and I absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing. The front office is always trying to find the best possible solution for any situation that may arise while living in a community setting. The trash within the community is picked up everyday. The sidewalks cleaned weekly. The dog park has an amazing Spa area and jungle gym for our fur babies to play. The pool is my favorite part. It’s beautiful and always clean. Perfect in the Texas heat.
