We moved here 1.6 years ago. From day one the leasing process was super easy. We were welcomed like family..we always lived in a house where we raised our kids. This next phase is empty nester phase. Living here was supposed to be temporary however when the housing market spiked we decided to hold off and ride the wave. Living here is like living in a resort. The neighbors are neighborly and the staff is willing to act. From maintenance to trash crew they work efficiently and truly want to ensure you are happy and safe. police officers in-house is amazing and convenient! It will be sad whenever we leave. Living at the Rocklyn is like a vacation you never left! It’s the best apt experience we have ever had! The convenience of downtown living is super fun and living a more healthy life style presents itself with walking trails, a drive in , and access to ride bikes or walk along the trinity river trails! There is happening spots you can walk to downtown ot take an Uber to 7th street- and bar hop! There is no shortage of fun!!!! You are welcome in advance! Rocklyn Rocks! Charlie and Rosie Moreland

I have lived at the Rocklyn for 2 years, and have seen a few management turnovers but the current group is amazing! They answer all of my questions in a timely manner, are willing to assist in anyway that they can, and are simply very nice people. I have specifically dealt with their leasing manager, Carly, who is extremely nice and great to work with. Their maintenance team is also great and fixes any issues quickly. The Rocklyn is in a great area and has great views of downtown. Not to mention, they have some of the best rates on Samuels and the downtown area as a whole.

My Faith is Restored! Let me start out by saying how thankful my husband and I are for the compassion from the NEW Property Manager Arnita Session that fought so hard to keep us from moving. We moved to this property 2020 right before Covid- we sold our house of 16 years and found this GEM. It was a short term lease but we loved it so much we kept renewing. We absolutely love the area, the downtown living and the neighbors. It became like a family right away. Throughout the years property management changed - Yesterday a family member came over and her vehicle although properly registered to avoid TOW recover a citation because of her registration not being renewed. She was advised she had 10 days to fix it even though she was just a visitor or her car could be towed. How can the tow company harass our visitors? People are going through hardships -why is that our business? that family member just lost her only brother and just went through a divorce and her tags not being renewed was because of those circumstances- yet the towing company is telling my guest fix it or I will tow your car? We have lived here for over 3 years and this experience was heartbreaking. We went to the office to find out why this was done? Arnita didn’t just brush it off. She cared. We initially left the office and I called an agent to help us look for a House to rent since our lease was going to be ending anyways . This was the straw that broke the camels back! Our appt to look at a first house was set for Saturday. We wasted NO time! BUT Arnita took the time to do the research and provide a solution immediately! She called us asap. Before this … We did not want to MOVE we love it here we were even in the process of transferring to a bigger unit and sign another long term lease but with this situation we just couldn’t stay. To think of our family and friends being harassed about their registration when they don’t even live here was not okay. I had followed the rules registered the car for the visit and her tags had nothing to do with her visiting us. It was ridiculous and nothing we ever experienced living here for 3 years. Thankfully tho, she called us back. She made it clear she did not want to lose us. We have been paying rent on time and even brought some people to move in too. Every time someone comes they fall in love and want to move here! When she called us back , She acknowledged our concern and actually convinced us to NOT to leave. In this day and age customer service is almost non existent! she restored our faith and with so many things we have going on ourselves this was an answered prayer her efforts paid off and we are staying. She made it possible - her genuine concern and resolution made a difference. You see, An apt is not just an apartment it’s a home and community is everything. If you moved here you would fall in love with the views, you will feel safe you will have Fort Worth million dollar views for a fraction of the cost but most importantly you will have family. That’s what it feels like to be in The Rocklyn and my husband and I intend to live here as long as we can till he retires in 2031 as long as we continue to feel safe and appreciated by our lovely community!
