Wow. I’ve been blown away by how amazing this new management team is! The old team set some misguided expectations to get me to sign a lease – as they were on commission. When my move-in day arrived and I saw my apartment for the first time, I was so disappointed with what I saw! Crystal and her team went above and beyond to find me a different apartment on the spot that met my expectations. Then she was able to work around the system so that I could pay my fees digitally, to make sure that I could move into the new apartment immediately. Within a few hours, I was in and settled. Not only that, but all the little moving-in minor hiccups (package locker access, payment processing, W/D, etc.) that happen were promptly addressed and if anything couldn’t be solved immediately, I would get email updates on the status. What an incredible team! My apartment is spacious, well appointed, and I have almost double the square footage for the same monthly rate I was paying across the street. When you add in a management team that is top notch, I couldn’t be happier. Fantastic experience all around and I hope the team enjoys the basket of goodies I sent in appreciation. Well done!
