I went to the office extremely upset about something and the property manager, Melissa handled the situation with grace and understanding. I really appreciated her proffesionalism and attitude. In general, I love this apartment community. It's quiet, all the residents are friendly and neighborly, it's a decent price, and the office staff are always kind, which is a rarity for me in apartments. In other complexes, the staff have terrible attitudes and act like they don't care about anybody, but not so at Magnolia Crossing. Again, I was super impressed and grateful for the way I was treated today. I went to the office furious, and when I left I was calmed down. I really do love this community!
