This property has a new name under new ownership and management. All I can say is that appears to be a big benefit to those of us who live here. The property is very clean and no apparent noise problem. I have lived here for 16 months and am very impressed with the new staff's efforts to quickly resolve any problems. Just ask for Jennifer and she will take good care of you. Also, their rental rates are very modest compared to others in a very competitive local market. Take a tour and you will be very happy you did so.
