Praise for maintenace people Josh and Wilbur. I had a power outage problem last Saturday night. Josh came over in not too long to check the breaker outside, and the air con and stove to help isolate the problem. He followed up on Sunday, and then Wilbur came over on Monday to repair some switches and look at the air con. I have not had a power outage since! Their timely attention saved me a lot of inconvenience and discomfort!
