I just want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Karington. I am the Leasing Agent at The Estates at Ridglea Hills Apartments, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of communication and compassion she demonstrated today. It is often incredibly challenging to get in touch with apartment complexes while working to get applicants approved, which makes the process difficult at times. From the moment I sent the rental verification to The Canyons, I was amazed by how responsive Karington was! (I hope I am spelling her name correctly.) There have been instances where it has taken over a month to receive rental verifications, so her promptness truly stood out. Once again, I want to say thank you for her outstanding support! Me and my husband have been living at the canyons for a little over two years now! It’s been hands down the best experience!!! Maintenance is always on top of things and just the grounds them self are absolutely beautiful!!! We love it here!!!
