This has been such a wonderful experience ever since Courtland took over. We had mold growing from the AC unit and reported it numerous times. Nothing was done. I finally went down to the office one last time to shake my fist in anger. Well I didn't have to. To my surprise the new team was having a meeting and I didn't even know about the takeover. I talked with the manager and she got maintenance over immediately to our apartment. It was closing time at the office and I didn't expect anyone that night. It was so fast. OF course they couldn't fix it but they tried their best in the little time they had. However they did comeback in a timely manner and fixed it all up completely. Not only were they friendly, fast and efficient. But the entire staff from management to maintenance was far more superior than and I have encountered. So happy they took over and have made the complex look great with all the updates. We are going on our 3rd year living here and couldn't be happier now that Courtland has arrived. Thank you all for being amazing 👏

I moved in here at the end of July 2024, and so far it's been nothing short of fantastic. The management team is professional, helpful, hard working, and very welcoming. The maintenance team is very skilled, and they get to your maintenance requests very quickly! I would recommend Heights of Benbrook to amyone looking for affordable, newly renovated apartments with top quality appliances, and plenty of room! The coffee machine is probably my favorite perk of living here. If you love coffee, you'll feel right at home here! 😅
