Any apartment complex is only as good as the Tenants make it. Too often, the Tenants ALLOW unruly men and teenagers to ruin these kind of complexes that are meant to assist them to get ahead. Paddock at Grandview can remain a very nice affordable housing complex for many years if each Tenant will abide by the terms of their lease and follow this advice: “She watches over the activity of her household, And the bread of laziness she does not eat.” ~Proverbs 31:27
