I'm three weeks into my new townhome at the Flats of Donelson and am glad I chose to live here. Derek, the head of maintenance, has gone out of his way to be helpful when a small problem came up with a fire alarm that wouldn't stop. He later took time to notify me that several boxes were left at the front door, and he was concerned about the possibility of rain damaging the delivery. Similarly, Dylan with the property management team has responded quickly to every request and question about getting into the property and about the rental contract, etc. The property is well-maintained and quieter than I expected.

I’ve been here only a few months and I love it. I can definitely say the experience here is lovely. It’s quiet the neighbors are friendly. If you put in for a maintenance request they get back to you quick. I’ve dealt with Len and he’s amazing. Always responds to me and checks on me if I need anything. I will definitely recommend this place to a friend/family.
