I moved in mid-december, but I was showed an apartment mid september, and i was really impressed. The reviews made me a little nervous but of course it’s Nashville, a massive city. So crime is gonna happen. But I haven’t had a single issue. I feel incredibly safe in my apartment due to the gate being functional ever time I have exited or entered, and setting my alarm system through the provided app was insanely easy. I can lock my doors, set the temperature, and check and see what time ever door has been opened. Talk about feeling safe!!! But let’s chat about the apartment… um PERFECTION. I’m in the 1 Bed 1 Bath 870sqft with the vaulted ceilings. When I first walked in it smelled like straight up paint, but that’s because the refreshed the ENTIRE thing. Like new fridge??? WHAT?? epic. and of course the carpet was pristine. I was nervous about having carpet but honestly knowing that it was just installed was such a huge win. Next up amenities: I love the bathroom and kitchen, so adorable and perfect for one person! Now there is no washer/dryer, but they give you an option to rent them and there’s a laundromat literally 1 minutes from the complex!! So there’s options. The pickleball and gym is so great, and the gym was just upgraded! Now it’s not planet fitness but there’s free weights and a couple of machines, 2 treadmills and a bike, and I’ve only ever seen one other person in there besides myself! I’d have to recommend this place if you’re post grad and moving to Nashville, it’s in a great location (15 minutes from everything you could want, and 2 minutes from the airport)!

Love the fact that they have wood burning fireplaces! Very cozy for Tennessees unpredictable winters. Office staff is extremely informative and friendly. Location is great couldn’t ask for anything better. Maintenance are upfront to any issues.
