Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a private balcony or patio, creating a comfortable space to relax and unwind. With modern finishes and practical features throughout, our apartments blend everyday convenience with an inviting atmosphere. Beyond your front door, Amalie Meadows features lifestyle-enhancing amenities, including a swimming pool with a poolside lounge, a dog park, and the convenience of an on-site office and maintenance team. In addition to modern living spaces and great amenities, our community offers opportunity for residents to own a part of where they live. We are currently in the process of working with residents to convert this community into a Limited Equity Housing Cooperative. As a resident, you will become part of a neighborhood corporation where members collectively own and democratically control the entire housing complex—not just individual units. As a resident at Amalie Meadows, each member has the rights of a home-owner and votes to make decisions for the entire development. You'll be able to participate in governance of a permanently affordable housing development. Please note: Amalie Meadows is an income-qualified community. Households must meet income eligibility requirements within 60%–80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size. All new residents must also be willing to become cooperative members and participate in the required cooperative education. This project funded in part by the Barnes Affordable Housing Trust Fund of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County. This housing opportunity is open to all income-eligible individuals regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
