I want to address the negative comments for this place and against the ladies in the office. I have to say this is not the experience I have had and none of my neighbors that I know of. The office staff is quick to respond to maintenance issues, the ladies in the office outside in tha mornins pickin up trash. They try to help us and they repeatedly ask for us to follow the rules. My child has gotten school supplies they had a bunch of parties for us. At Christmas my kid got to pick out a brand new toy and Santa came & read stories to the kids. When I needed help the lady at the office took time to help me find resources she took time to talk to me and I needed that. If you live here in nashville you know that these people don’t care and the office can’t help everybody, somebody all ways gonna be mad. People commit crime everyday everywhere and if the police come to arrest somebody then we are blessed it sounds like the office been doin they job. I know we have a security that we can call and the office asked us to help em by calling them or the police. They not police! they are there to make sure people follow the rules. It sounds like the people makin these negative reviews are the ones that get in trouble. How many apartments you lived in nashville that go above like they do? I love my home and the office staff . My home is new and beautiful and they handlin business thank yall.

My children and I love our new home! The apartments are very spacious, beautiful, and it's quiet for the most part. The management and staff here at Brairville are very professional, understanding, efficient, and very kind. I can honestly say that these apartments are one of the most comfortable places I have ever lived. Any issues, questions, or concerns I have always been addressed and resolved immediately. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.
