My first impression of the new apartment looks very clean and not too much damaged. As a student it is difficult to live in a dorm since I have to move out and in a lot. Albert is extremely patient to walk through all the process of creating a lease and providing any additional paperworks for the apartment. Although I have to switch apartment due to some issue with the person that rented this lease, Albert helps us to find a new one and this new apartment looks very nice. Really great service. This past Sunday our a/c stopped working afterhours. I contacted the Maintenance Emergency line. I spoke to Eddie. He arrived shortly after I spoke to him. He checked out the a/c unit and discovered that the a/c motor was burned out. Eddie had the part on hand and swapped it out within a matter of minutes and then our a/c was back up and running. Kudos to Eddie for his quick response to our maintenance emergency and quick service in this heat. Eddie you're awesome, me and my family appreciate you.
