I absolutely love living at Atwater! I've been here for over 4 years and have enjoyed being here. Vanessa is absolutely amazing and takes everyone into consideration. She has her hands full with all the residents that live here and she still makes time to come over and make sure our problem was dealt with. The maintenance is great and if there's ever an issue with the water she lets everyone know by text AND email before the water is shut off. She always gives us an estimated time of how long it will be off and if it's longer she keeps us updated and always apologizes. She's extremely amazing and I wish every apartment complex had a leasing manager like her. Thank you Vanessa and Atwater for such an amazing place to live!!!
