I have lived in these apartments for 15 years they have went through many owners and all has been ok until they hired a new maintenance man to put up ceiling fans and walked out of my apartment with somethingthat wasn't his. The landlord and owner says it is my word against his so they can't do anything. If you move here make sure you are home when ever they do anything in your apartment.

I have lived here almost a year (1 month it will be a year). I have not ever had any problems with the employees or maintenance. If I call or email the office they are returning my call immediately or email me back immediately. They are very nice and understanding. When I came to The Views I was going through a situation and Kimberlee was understanding and showed me a lot of empathy. She worked with me and got me into an apartment.
