Our Jefferson Properties are scattered throughout the Russel Neighborhood here in Louisville Kentucky. There are multiple options for location and some units have a washer dryer hookup and all units are equipped with central air. These apartments are built within historic looking buildings with wonderful viewpoints at each angle. They are walk up apartments or all ground level. Our floor plans include 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartment homes.

This is one of the best senior high rise apartments you could live in. From the front office to the maintenance staff are great. I enjoy living here.

The Puritan apartments are a godsend to my elderly father and the other elderly n disabled folk who stay there they really try to make the people who stay there safe and comfortable.Thank You puritan for being there for my father!!
