Lived here for about 1.5 years and I never had any issues. Neighbors are nice, location is ideal & maintenance always responsed to my requests quickly. Would definitely recommend this complex to friends and family! Thanks for the great experience!

I have tested this place to make sure the grounds aren't being ran down during the night time by college students partying, or teens..it was so nice and clean, very nicely manicured lawns, the apartments are adorable, only down side is it seems parking isn't the best, and there are allot ir residents, I'm concerned about smokers, seeing how close these are, hoping they may have non smoking tenants requesting to live near other non smokers.

Been here for over a year now and I have not had any issues. Work orders are completed in a timely manner and the staff is nice. This has been the best apartment complex I've lived in so far.

This has been more than a BLESSING AND HOME for my family! The Management Mrs.Beth and Ms. Macy have been very welcoming and ALWAYS took the needs of our home as well as the property seriously!.. LOVE THE FLOOR PLANS! as the property is a historic landmark makes it extra special!... As my family and I are moving today we will forever miss living here. WE LOVE THE VERY KINDHEARTED NEIGHBORS!... The maintaince team is AMAZING AND GET RIGHT ON THE JOB! Mr. Melvin is TRULY GREAT AT MAKING SURE HE LEARNS THE TENENTS BY NAME AND FACE... ALWAYS GREETS YOU WITH A SMILE... MY FAMILY WILL FOREVER APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!.. MANY BLESSINGS! Thank you for making our past home GREAT!
