The Hillebrand House offers so much more than affordable downtown living. We have Studios and 1 Bedroom Apartments for independent living. The Hillebrand House living includes access to a full time Service Coordinator that handles all the planned daily activities. Events include: bus trips, birthday parties, bingo, picnics and more! Full laundry services, to add to easy living, are located on our bottom floor. The Hillebrand Market/Grocery is conveniently located on the first floor. SOCAYR Inc. is a non-profit, 501c3, founded in 1998 to continue in the development and management of affordable housing.
