I have lived in these apartments for 15 years they have went through many owners and all has been ok until they hired a new maintenance man to put up ceiling fans and walked out of my apartment with somethingthat wasn't his. The landlord and owner says it is my word against his so they can't do anything. If you move here make sure you are home when ever they do anything in your apartment.
