Me and my wife have lived here for 4 years and it has been great. Every place has its ups and downs but it has been a great place to live for us. Very clean, nice amenities. The maintenance team of Mel and Andrew and truly great. Everything gets done quickly and properly. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in Louisville.

I toured the property with Alfredo who was incredibly professional, thorough, and kind. The property had excellent amenities such as a wine bar, coffee station, gorgeous pool, party rental room that was stunning, fitness area, golf simulator. The apartment I toured was very well kept as was the grounds. It is a fair price, but a little more than want I want to pay currently to be able to save for home. Though I am not moving in, I wanted to leave a review as I have been hunting for an apartment or house rental and everything else has been so lacking in good property management and the staff in professionalism, I wanted to sing the praises of a business doing things the right way!
