Seven months here at Avoca. Quiet, peaceful and safe. Office staff is always attentive and try to accommodate all of my needs. Maintenance has been quick to respond on the two times I sent a request. If anyone missed their recent Friendsgiving Dinner it surely was your loss. The food was terrific and more food than your Thanksgiving Dinner. Meeting new neighbors was an added benefit. All the neighbors are friendly and kind. Young people here have helped me carry items into my apartment, and fixed the door handle on my car, when I couldn’t. Many have offered to help me at other times. We are truly a diverse community and I love it. Very interesting people. So much to learn! Thanks Avoca!

I lived here for a year in Avoca II. We were the first tenants in the unit. Avoca was a breath of fresh air after my previous apartment complexes. Never had any issues with staff, the unit, or with maintenance. Staff was kind, courteous, and prompt. Maintenance was professional, quick to respond, and thorough. The price was great for the unit and there were no hidden fees like other complexes. I only moved out because I moved into a house. If I ever had to go to an apartment complex again it would be Avoca.
