We totally love living here. The diversity is great. Everyone gets along great. If you see someone in the parking lot or on the sidewalk they always smile and speak. I wish everyone in the US could get along like this.

I was wondering the requirements and if y'all run a credit check background check is fine never been evicted but broke contract due to how bad it was where we lived and now it's on our credit and can't get in anywhere without paying like 6 grand
