I have lived in these apartments for 15 years they have went through many owners and all has been ok until they hired a new maintenance man to put up ceiling fans and walked out of my apartment with somethingthat wasn't his. The landlord and owner says it is my word against his so they can't do anything. If you move here make sure you are home when ever they do anything in your apartment.

I have been living here since 2018; since BH properties have managed the lofts things have been getting a lot better! We have a resident app that has been great for communicating with residents and staff. I also want to express my gratitude for our wonderful maintenance man Alfredo who will answer any questions I have as well as get any repairs needed taken care of efficiently. He recently assisted in getting the water fixed in my unit and I couldn’t be more thankful!
