My family and I lived in the Newport Seacrest Apartments for four years and loved every second we were there! The apartments are lovely and spacious and it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. All of our neighbors were sweet, amazing people who became more like family than neighbors. On the rare occasions we needed something fixed inside the apartment, the management and maintenance staff addressed the issue timely and efficiently. Each Business Manager that worked on site was friendly, professional and a joy to work with, big shout out to Khanh Nguyen who helped us make a smooth transition to our new home! Khanh you are a rockstar! Overall, I can not recommend renting your next home with Newport Seacrest Apartments enough!

So, I haven’t been in an apartment for 15+ years, but the process couldn’t have been easier here. Cashe helped me through every step and was so organized and kind. I wish I could I’m it’s all my friends to this community but there is rarely an opening. The heated pool is a hit. Cashe really helped make this move in process easy and successful.

Though I was not able to commit to living in a unit on this beautiful property, I want to emphasize how responsive and supportive the manager Cashe was in guiding us to our perfect unit. Due to these unprecedented times we were unable to carry out with our stay at Seacrest, but because of her, this will be our #1 choice of living in 2021, once we are in the proper situation to commit.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I think Valerie (Apartment Manager) and the new maintenance associate, Juan are great! Everything I need is attended to quickly and I'm extremely happy. The apartment is cozy and beautiful and I love the community here!
We have lived in Newport Seacrest for over a year now and love it! It’s well maintained and the pool is really nice. Very close to the beach and dog friendly! Our property manager Khahn has been so kind and quick to help with anything we need!
We just moved in and absolutely love it already! Cashe, the property manager has been so kind to us. She has been accommodating and made the process so seamless. The place is beautiful and happy we chose to live here.
We have just relocated from the Monterey bay area and spent countless hours and days looking at bad apartment complexes, then we stumbled across Newport Seacrest and Valerie...WOW FINALLY a real person and not a robot. She took the time to show us the property, introduce us to some of the tenants that were living here and when we found out that she was the resident manager it was a no brainer for us. The apartment was newly renovated with a great Newport Beach vibe, I love the fact that there are NO drunken party pads here and Valerie patrols the grounds day and night to make sure there is no one on property that in not supposed to be. The rent is exactly in line with all the other complexes we looked at but the big difference is the management and community. To sum it up, this truly feels like a neighborhood not an apartment complex.
