We recently moved to Cartwright and the experience was very pleasant. First of all, we came by on a Saturday afternoon and all the apartment tours were full. Kayla was very accommodating and gave us a tour after the last scheduled tour at 5. We decided to apply for the unit after seeing it. Again, Kayla was very helpful, we messaged her on her off days, and she was responsive and informative and reviewed our application right when she got back to the office. We were able to move in within 4 days of applying. The apartment, location, and amenities are good. No major issues. ie noise, cleanliness, ventilation, cooling etc. The two parking spaces are slightly unique, without assigned spots, as first come first use. All in all, the apartment is good, and I would recommend taking an apartment tour.

This property is in a quiet, convenient location away from traffic noise. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced, with a garage offering ample parking and EV chargers. The building has multiple lifts, making it easy to reach each unit. Customer service is excellent—Kayla is especially helpful and responsive. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained, and the location is great.
