The Maintenance team Ricardo, Angie maintenance manager Daniel, also Michael, who I recently worked with are the best, always do the best job.

This review is for five maintenance team members at Avalon Irvine: Alfonso, Ricardo, Michael, Peter, and Aaron. All five team members deserve a 5+ rating. First, both Ricardo and Alfonso are always a pleasure of working with because they both display full level professionalism, and are proficient in what they do. Second, Michael is friendly and tries his best in fixing the maintenance problem. Third, Peter is superb. Peter knows how to tear and break everything apart and get the household devices to work. Thus, Peter is persistent and does not give up on a maintenance problem. Fourth, Aaron is such a friendly young man and he also has huge potential for the maintenance job. Aaron is the one that instilled the new washer/dryer unit in my apartment, and he did the job as quickly, and neatly as possible. All five maintenance team members are great at what they do and deserve a spot on Avalon’s maintenance team.

Awesome community and place to live!
I have lived here since summer and there is a lot of positive to this community. In addition to great amenities which include 3 gyms and 3 swimming pools, a club house and rooftop lounge, the staff and maintenance team are great. They are always quick to respond to requests, concerns, and inform the community of any holiday events in a pleasant and professional manner.
Special thanks to Genesis, Savannah, Aryah, and Mariah from the office, and Mike and Patrick from the maintenance team.

I just recently moved in to the Avalon Irvine and I am very happy. Alphonso and Ricardo are two of the maintenance guys that have helped me out with small issues and they are so nice and do a great job. The Leasing staff was excellent. I love my new apartment.

We've been living at Avalon Irvine for almost two years now, and it's been a great experience so far. Aside from the convenience of the location, the maintenance and office team are communicative. Michael (maintenance) came by two weeks earlier and sought to find and explain the root cause of an issue we had. Today, Alfonso (maintenance) took almost an hour to respond to our request for repair and replacement. We're very thankful for both of them and Avalon.

Moving in at first was rocky. We had a few issues with the Unit we got for the first month. Peter, the maintenance worker in the Phase 2 building, showed up fast to each of our maintenance request, and took care of our issues same day at each instance. He was always cordial, friendly and explained the issues going on so we could understand what was happening. He also brought us snacks as a welcome gift. The front office team was also very kind, and worked with us to get to solutions to our problems.
After those first initial issues, the next 4 months have gone by without a hitch! Living at Avalon has been a great experience. The team is very responsive, the building is clean, and the hot tub is nice!

Wonderful experience with the team at Avalon since the day I visited the community and it only got even better after I became the resident.
Aryah and Genesis are truly exceptional: they are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They not only remember residents’ names but also small details about them that make you feel valued and at home. They consistently go above and beyond to help with anything you need.
Separately I’d like to give a shout-out to Michael who recently assisted with a maintenance request. He was professional, fun, and super helpful. We had a great chat and it was awesome to meet him.
The building itself is quiet, clean and easy to get around. All the amenities are clean and new. The location is also perfect when it comes to getting to the stores or jumping on a highway. It is also very tech advanced which makes my life easier.
I’m genuinely grateful for such an amazing team and experience that makes living at Avalon a pleasure.

I have lived in Avalon for more than 6 months now and the experience here so far is overall great. The community is mostly clean, quiet, and well managed. The unit appliance is new and modern. The people around is nice and friendly. Especially I have a great experience with the lease office staff Genesis, she is so friendly, helpful, communicative and has helped with all my troubles and difficulties here. The maintainence guys here are also very friendly and nice as well. Highly recommend anyone to live here.
