I will 10/10 star to this place. I have been lived here for 3 years I wish I could live more but for job transfer I have to move Iowa however this place is amazingly great. Very friendly and helpful management great locality and very fast maintenance service. The management staff is such a gift for this apt especially john and maher both the very nice and friendly. Great communication with everyone. I m really gonna miss those guys in my new apt. They are always ready to help and resolve the issues. Not all the places have these kind of sweet managers who cares about their vacant. Locality of this place is very convenient it connect to 405 , 55 freeway all the bus route also connect irvine, Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. Very close to market place and biggest shopping mall south coast plaza. And prize are very affordable for this place. I love to walk in my apt it has big walking path inside apartment. All over flowers and fountain. Every Thursday taco party . I really extremely gonna miss it. Also its maintenance is very quick. All the problem get resolved by the apt management we have never had any problem in maintenance or any other facility. Also the maintenance guys very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place. In this place people living for 15 years even they don't want to leave it. If I didn't get the job transfer I would never left this place. So guys go there and live you will feel like home.
