I lived in a studio at 735 Taylor St with my wife for 2 and a half years. The reason we chose this apartment house is because of the central location. We were able to walk to our jobs within fifteen minutes and explore most of the city on foot as well. The property manager, Igor Spitalnikov, is the best property manager we've ever had. He was super welcoming and helpful whenever we needed help with anything in the apartment. To summarize, the location is excellent, there is an elevator, management on-site, laundry in-building (credit card operated), and neighbors are friendly. We lived on the side of the building facing the back garden area, so there was very little noise from the street (except for an occasional emergency vehicle siren) with a rare squeak of the floorboard. With all of the positive feedback, do understand that the building is a renovated hotel, so the studios are very small, but if you are able to live light, this is a perfect place to live. The management company also gave us very little trouble with the move out the balance (even though we moved in during a $0 deposit promotion), which was rather reasonable. The management company employees were also always very friendly and helpful (including the maintenance personnel).
