This 49-unit, luxury-style building has four floors that consist of 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments. There are six different layouts that vary in size from 805-1131 square feet. Each apartment has central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fan, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove, microwave, balcony and wall-to-wall carpeting. These are "roommate friendly" since the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. There is a gated, exterior parking lot, and street parking is plentiful. The property is fully gated and has a beautiful rooftop swimming pool with sundeck. There are two elevators, a large coin-op 24/7 laundry room, and trash chutes on every floor.
